2023 Charity Art Auction ‘credited with record sales’

The Mariè Stander School of Art held its 22nd annual Charity Art Auction on 28 March at the stunning Muratie Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, where students’ beautiful artworks inspired by the theme “Ever changing Seasons” were displayed. About 400 people attended the event, characterised by beautiful fine art, lovely live music, food and Boland wine. Stander said: “We feel incredibly blessed and thankful to all our supporters, buyers and sponsors, because since my art school started with this charity art auction in 2001, this year has been credited with record sales. So we can continue to help and support our different charities in and around Stellenbosch.
