Two of South Africa’s most loved siblings, Loukmaan and Emo Adams, will reunite for the highly anticipated show, Two of a Kind, at the Baxter Concert Hall from Wednesday 20 to Sunday 31 December.

Performances are scheduled for 20:00 daily, with selected matinees at 16:00 on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 December and a New Year’s Eve performance at 21:00.

The production played to sensational success and rave reviews in Johannesburg earlier this year. It has garnered significant attention, selling over 2 000 tickets during its nation-wide tour, which concludes with the season at the Baxter.

Two of a Kind features a live band, dancers and special guests, the award-winning actors and vocalists, Rushney Furguson and Edith Plaatjies, who join the Take Note band, enhancing the experience and providing the perfect way to bid farewell to the year. It is a vibrant celebration of the enduring bond between the two brothers, as they entertain audiences with their signature style of blending music, comedy and dance.

The nostalgic journey acknowledges that, no matter the passage of time, they duo will always be their father’s children. This heartfelt sentiment emphasises the enduring connection within the Adams family. Emo’s playful antics, driving Loukmaan to the brink, add a delightful and humorous touch to the evening.

Early booking is recommended. Ticket prices range from R180 (weekdays) to R200 on weekends, and booking is through Webtickets at www.webtickets.co.za or at Pick n Pay stores. Tickets for the New Year’s Eve performance cost R250 per person and includes a complimentary glass of bubbly or orange juice, the traditional balloon drop and music by a live DJ on the turntables to herald in 2024.
