The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of the Stellenbosch Museum will be held on Monday 23 May 2022 at 18:00 at Erfurthuis, 37 Ryneveld Street.
The guest speaker is Anthony Penderis, Media Liaison Officer of the e’Bosch Heritage Project, who will talk about the “Dorpie” culture as part of humanity.
Penderis is an accomplished journalist, former magazine editor and media specialist, who has published numerous articles on behalf of clients in a variety of specialised disciplines, such as the leisure industry, agriculture, wine, sports, science, politics, finance, real estate and the small satellite industry.
He has so far published two books, Die Jakkalskafee en ander Stories (a collection of Afrikaans short stories) and The Carpet Mind: The Laws of Thinking Defined (a theory on the mechanics of the thought process).
