The CoffeeMM Academy Barista Battle returns on Saturday (20 July), and this time it is shining a light on the local heroes of the coffee scene – the baristas at your beloved coffee shops!
With 10 competitors and three esteemed judges, Barista Battle Season Two: Local Love is back with a buzz to keep the coffee scene on its toes. It will be held at the CoCreate Hub in Victoria Street, Stellenbosch from 11:00 to 14:30.
CoffeeMM is committed to building the coffee community in Stellenbosch with a holistic understanding of the coffee industry and a deep-rooted love for the grind.
With three categories ranging from a social media-voted Best Latte Art to battling on the day for the Coffee Connoisseur and Overall Barista Battle Champion titles, the second season of the battle promises the ultimate caffeine showdown in town.
Locals, especially coffee lovers, are invited to get together for a day of coffee, community and local love.
The event celebrates the artistry that goes into each cup of delectable coffee.
