Boland College was awarded the prestigious Fapsa Award for the Best Administrative Institution by the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
The honour recognises the college’s exemplary adherence to NSFAS processes and procedures, successfully meeting all submissions and deadlines.
Boland College was the first institution in the sector to submit the NSFAS DHET Close-Out Project data, as well as the first to sign the agreement concluding the process. This accomplishment highlights the college’s commitment to excellence in the administration of financial aid.
Fapsa, dedicated to promoting good governance and effective practices within the realm of financial aid, commended Boland College for its significant contributions to enhancing administrative efficiency and transparency.
“We are incredibly proud of this recognition, which reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our students through effective financial aid management,” said Chaundre Seaman, acting assistant director for Registration Services at Boland College.

Boland College has achieved five consecutive unqualified (clean) audits from the Auditor General of South Africa and is a leading public institution in maintaining the highest standards of governance and management.”
