I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the management of Eikestad Mall for the recent addition of the wheelchair ramp at the entrance of the mall. As someone with a disability I know first-hand how important accessibility is for individuals like myself – a quadriplegic – to be able to fully participate and enjoy all that the mall has to offer.
The ramp is not only functional but it is also aesthetically pleasing, which is a great and welcomed combination. It is clear that thought and care went into its design and construction, and I cannot thank you enough for taking the initiative to make the mall more accessible for people with disabilities.
Your commitment to inclusion and accessibility is greatly appreciated and will no doubt make a positive impact on the lives of many individuals.
