Stellenbosch: Self ~ Other ~ Us, a joint exhibition by Prof Rory du Plessis (University of Pretoria) and Prof. Kathryn Smith (Stellenbosch University) opens at GALLERY UNIVERSITY STELLENBOSCH (GUS). It comprises two solo exhibitions, Sawbona/I See You (Du Plessis) and Speaking Likeness (Smith), and will run at GUS Gallery 4 from 25 September to 19 October. A preview walkabout with the artists will be held on 25 September from 12:10 to 13:00, and the official opening Speaking Likeness book launch at 17:30 for 18:00.

The luminous programme also includes Mozart’s graceful “Church Sonata KV 329”, the joyful “Regina coeli KV 127”, and Johann Sebastian Bach’s exuberant motet “Lobet den Herrn, alle Heiden”.
