The Winelands adds another jewel to its crown as the artisan showcase KAMERS/Makers opens its doors at the renowned Allée Bleue Wine Estate in Franschhoek.

Visitors can step into a world where creativity takes centre stage. More than just a market, KAMERS/Makers is a six-day lifestyle experience that celebrates the very best of South African fashion, jewellery, homeware, décor, and gifts – each piece handcrafted by inspiring local entrepreneurs.

Allée Bleue offers the ideal setting for a day of creative discovery. With its world-class wines, lush vineyards, and elegant charm, the estate provides the perfect backdrop for this vibrant showcase of local talent.

Guests can wander through a beautifully curated collection of over 170 Makers, glass of wine in hand, to uncover stories and treasures crafted with care, imagination, and authenticity.

This season’s theme is “Deep Roots, Bold Futures” – a celebration of heritage and reinvention, featuring season artist Zinhle Sithebe, whose bold Afro-rooted patterns set the creative tone.

In partnership with FNB, ten outstanding Makers are competing for the title of Master Maker and R100 000 in seed funding to grow their businesses. Visitors can follow their journey across all three Spring and summer shows.
