Community members and the local police are looking for a Kayamandi teen who was last seen on Saturday 16 March.
According to reports Nelly Mansakala Kamanda (19) was last seen in the vicinity of the DC Meat Market in Bird Street walking towards Kayamandi around 09:00 on Saturday. She is tall and of slim build. Kamanda was dressed in grey sweatpants and a fluffy peach jacket at the time of her disappearance.
Captain Nathalie Martin, a spokesperson for Stellenbosch police, said law-enforcement officers were also helping with the search and the K9 Dog Unit has been brought in to help find the teen.
