Kendra Michael, a Grade 11 learner at Rhenish Girls’ High School, claimed 12th place and achieved an outstanding diamond certificate (90%+) in the recent National English Olympiad. She was awarded an all-expenses-paid trip to the National Schools’ Festival in Makhanda (Grahamstown), along with a cash prize.
