A sunset hike will be held at Muratie Wine Estate in Stellenbosch on Friday 27 October.
Participants will gather for the 3,5 km hike before sunset. The trail is marked from the Dirtopia Trail Centre, so hikers can walk at their own pace to start between 17:00 and 18:00. After 19:00, hikers who reach the look-out point can picnic with views of the Winelands before leaving at 19:30 to hike back, where coffee will be served.
Participants are urged to wear good walking or hiking shoes and take along a torch, picnic snacks and blanket and something warm to wear. There will also be a lucky draw.
