Jamestown-based non-profit organisation Ubuntu Hiking hosted its ninth annual “Manne Hike” on 11 March with 40 men from different communities taking part in the 12 km hike. This year the aim was to raise awareness of gender-based violence. It thanked all who participated and especially the Ubuntu Hiking guides who made sure all participants were safe during the wet weather conditions. The organisation is run and supported by volunteer members who are passionate about hiking as well as youth development.Foto:
