Glasson Osborne, who matriculated from Paul Roos Gymnasium last year, was one of 18 South Africans selected for the National Science and Technology Forum (NSTF) 2022 Brilliants Programme. They had to achieve above 90% in mathematics and physical sciences in the final exam and be a registered first-year student studying a science-related course. The nominees will be honoured at the annual NSTF-South32 Awards Gala Event, be invited on an educational tour and meet professionals from a variety of fields acting as mentors. They may also qualify for study bursaries. Glasson is studying electrical and electronic engineering at Stellenbosch University.
