Daniel du Plessis (T62 double leg amputation) is one of the para-athletes who will compete in the Winelands International Para-Athletics Competition at Coetzenburg Athletics Stadium in Stellenbosch this Saturday (24 February). The meet will feature Paralympic athletes as well as elite and up-and-coming para-athletes from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Lesotho. It is hosted by the Cape Winelands Sports Association for the Physically Disabled with the assistance of Maties Athletics. The event starts at 08:30 and finishes around 15:00.
