Rhenish crowned All Stars champs – again

The under-16A hockey team of Rhenish Girls’ High School successfully defended their title at the Bloemhof Fairtree under-16 All Stars Hockey Tournament, defeating Paarl Gimnasium 3-0 in the final. The competition, proudly sponsored by Fairtree, traditionally ends the schools’ hockey season by allowing the best teams in the greater Cape Town area to compete. It was held at Hoër Meisieskool Bloemhof on Wednesday 21 August, with the host school’s team finishing in fifth place after a goalless draw with Herschel Girls’ School.
