Three of Rhenish Girls’ High School’s hockey teams have qualified to participate in the annual South African School Sports’ Top 12 hockey tournaments, which will be taking place in Bloemfontein, Paarl and Stellenbosch this year. Rhenish will be hosting the third edition of the under-14 tournament, while the under-16 team will travel to Paarl and the under-18A team jet off to Bloemfontein. The under-18 tournament will be held from Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 August, while the two other tournaments take place from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 August. Rhenish is only one of four schools in the country to have all three of their A-sides in all the age groups qualify for the tournaments.
