Organisers of the popular Savanna Origin of Trails MTB Experience are once again on the lookout for the “best dressed” rider of 2024 in both men’s and women’s categories. The popular mountain-biking event, dubbed the MTB Party of the Year, will be held in Stellenbosch on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November. The stakes are high in the Dress-Up competition, with R20 000 up for grabs (R10 000 per rider) and 10 cases of Savanna each, making it a competition that you won’t want to miss. The event takes place on day 2 of the stage race, with the theme celebrating Savanna’s title as the number one cider in the world for 2024, and riders encouraged to show off their best proudly South African outfit with yellow as the main colour. A judging team will shortlist the top three men’s and women’s contenders, who will be called to the stage during the prize-giving at Coetzenburg sportsfields, where the other riders will make the final choice.
