Parents and guardians who applied to a new school for there little ones must confirm acceptance of placements in Grade R at the school between 17 and 30 September.
According to the provincial education department, after Monday 30 September parents and guardians will only have three additional days to accept the placement at a school or Grade R.
In the case that all the applications have been unsuccessful, and the child has not been accepted, the department may be contacted to assist parents and guardians to find an available placement.
