To mark National Transport Month, the Ida’s Valley Public Library held an awareness programme on 28 October which highlighted the different transport models on the road. The library partnered with the Stellenbosch Traffic Department, provincial Department of Mobility and various other stakeholders to present the transport programme to the learners of St Ida’s and Ida’s Valley primary schools, fostering awareness of road safety and the importance of Transport Month.
