The Stellenbosch City Orchestra (SCO) will present an extraordinary evening of music with Fly Me to the Moon, which pays tribute to the timeless sounds of Frank Sinatra and his contemporaries at the Endler Hall on Saturday 21 June at 19:00. The one-night-only performance will feature the SCO, under the baton of Paul van Zuilenburg, as they bring Sinatra’s golden-era hits to life and are joined by the dazzling talents of celebrated guest soloists Lynelle Kenned and Louis Loock. From the swinging rhythms of “Fly Me to the Moon” and “New York, New York” to the heartfelt emotion of “My Way”, the programme promises to whisk audiences away to an era of glamour, romance, and unforgettable nostalgia. “This concert is a celebration of the music that defined a generation. With the rich sound of the orchestra and the captivating voices of Lynelle Kenned and Louis Loock, it promises to be an unforgettable evening,” Van Zuilenburg said. Tickets are available through Webtickets and are expected to sell out quickly.
