The Spring Trail Run delivers a beautiful single-track experience at Warwick Wine Estate on Sunday 26 October, hosted by Dirtopia and Sportsmans Warehouse.
The wildflowers are everywhere in the veld at this time of year, and participants can choose from a 6,25 km route on which walkers are welcome, a special category for children under 18, or the more challenging 10,5 km route that climbs against the slopes of Klapmutskop.
Participants, their friends and family can also enjoy the hospitality of Warwick Wine Estate. The setting of the start and finish has beautiful lawns, where guests can enjoy food and wine before and after the prize-giving and lucky draws.
A total of R2 000 vouchers from Sportsman’s Warehouse are up for grabs in the lucky draw, plus wine from Warwick estate.
For the runners there will be prizes for the top three men’s and women’s winners of each distance as well as the scholars on the short route, plus lucky draw hampers. There will be a well-stocked refreshment station on the routes, massages will be on offer plus cold drinks as runners finish the routes.
