Stellenbosch: Die Stellenbosch Madrigaalsangers bied om 16:00 hul jaareind-konsert, Of All The Birds, by die PJ Olivier-kunssentrum aan. Die plaaslike sanggroep sal ’n verskeidenheid genres en style dek, insluitend musiek van The Beatles, Sinead O’Connor, Mia Makaroff, Xander Kritzinger, Thomas Morley, John Bartlett, ’n tradisionele Ierse-lied (in Gaelies), en vele meer. Verversings sal teen ’n skenking beskikbaar wees, maar daar is geen kaartfasiliteit nie, net kontant, elektroniese betalings en Capitec PayMe. Stellenbosch: Richmond Loop, a multimedia response to an artist residency in the Karoo town, will be screened at the Neelsie Cinema until Sunday 1 December. It is a collaboration between new music composer Prof Michael Blake and conceptual artist Emma Willemse. On Thursday 28 November, at 17:30, the artists will be present to take questions after the showing.

Stellenbosch: The final student exhibition of the Mariè Stander School of Art opens at the PJ Olivier Art Centre at 18:30. The artworks will be displayed until Monday 2 December. Locals are invited to come and enjoy an evening of beautiful art, wine and live music. The opening speaker is Franci Beyers of Stellenbosch Visio magazine. All the artwork on display is a show of the students’ work for the year. The exhibition will, as a result, present a variety of subjects and mediums.

Stellenbosch: The final Winemaker’s Dinner for 2024 will be held at Le Grand Domaine Enoteca in Church Street from 18:30. Stellenbosch: The Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra (CPO) has opened the dress rehearsal for the sold-out annual tribute concert to the late philanthropist Huberte Rupert to the public. The rehearsal of Beethoven’s Fifth, featuring CPO principal guest conductor Bernhard Gueller and piano virtuoso Qden Blaauw, will be held at the Endler Hall at 16:00. Unreserved tickets cost R75 each and can be booked through Webtickets and Artscape Dial-A-Seat on 021 421 7695. The doors for the rehearsal performance will open at 15:45.

Johannesdal: Be part of the enthusiastic community building up the Argentine tango at Die Boekklub off the Helshoogte Pass from 15:00 to 18:00. The event is organised by an organisation dedicated to building the Argentine tango dance and music community in the Boland and celebrating Afro-Argentine artistic culture. The event is open to newcomers and experienced dancers. There will be a lesson from 15:00 to 16:30, followed by a practica until 18:00.
