A group of talented musicians with big hearts for community projects will bring The Shape of my Heart – A Sting Tribute Show to the Drostdy Theatre in Stellenbosch this Sunday (22 October) at 16:00.
Locals are invited to join the foot-tapping, hand-clapping show that celebrates the frontman, bassist and songwriter that is Sting. The audience will be taken on a journey with music that provided the memorable soundtrack to many moments in life from the early hits of The Police to the award-winning songs of the muso’s epic solo career.
It will be a memorable evening while supporting a worthy local charity. All proceeds will be donated to Legacy Community Development, a non-profit company in Khayamandi that offers an after-school service for learners through its Khulani and iKamva programmes, and an outreach programme, Siseko. The organisation has served the community since 2001.
