The internationally acclaimed Tygerberg Children’s Choir will spread the warmth and joy of the holiday season with their much-anticipated annual Christmas concerts at the Endler Hall in Stellenbosch on Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December.
Known for their angelic voices and captivating performances, the choir is set to deliver an enchanting selection of Christmas carols and festive favourites that promise to lift spirits and ignite holiday cheer.
Audiences are invited to join as the talented young singers bring the true spirit of Christmas to life with a programme featuring timeless carols, contemporary classics, and delightful surprises. Under the inspired direction of conductor Karina Erasmus and acclaimed accompanists Madri Gerber and Elizca Mulder, this year’s concert is set to be a heartwarming event that will resonate with all ages.
The audience will get to enjoy unique interpretations of traditional carols performed in the choir’s unique and inspiring style at the family-friendly event.
Having earned international accolades for their vocal talent, the Tygerberg Children’s Choir has become a cherished symbol of South Africa’s rich musical tradition, currently consisting of 94 members. The annual Christmas concert series has been a highlight of the holiday season for years, bringing families together to share in the joy of music.
