  • Stinging nettle for strength, sage for a sore throat, lavender for headaches. Did you know your garden has a treasure trove of medicines? Registered Phytotherapy Practitioner Dr Caren Hauptfleisch will show you at this hands-on workshop on Herbal Medicine for Self-healing, hosted at Spier Food Garden. Attendees will discover common healing herbs and learn how to use them safely and effectively to treat everyday maladies before enjoying a light snack and herbal tea experience. You can even take a few cuttings from the garden to nurture at home. Space is limited so book soon by contacting chI-earlm@spier.co.za
